Well, when I sent an email to Razer, they indeed said there would be 64-bit drivers "soon".
Also, I think that Xp 64 will get more and more important, especially for gaming, so they should have drivers for this OS asap.

You can already do this.. just only through regedit..

Could you point out some information on how to edit the registry to accomplish mapping Mouse Button 5 to the left side buttons - while keeping Button 4 on the left side TOO, of course...?

Go to

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER] -> Control Panel -> Mouse -> Razer

The ButtonAssigned1-7 are the buttons one the mouse, to see which is which look them up on the Razer Config.

The value for Windows Button 5 is 00 00 00 04 00 ff ff ff ff
The value for Windows Button 4 is 00 00 00 02 00 ff ff ff ff

So to map left side buttons to Windows Button 5 do this

ButtonAssigned 4+6
Right Click -> Modify -> press delete 4 times -> press 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 4 -> Press ok

The string should then match the one above for Windows Button 5

to map right side buttons to Windows Button 4 do this

ButtonAssigned 5+7
Right Click -> Modify -> press delete 4 times -> press 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 2 -> Press ok

And ofcourse if you want to have Win5 + win4 on one side you just have to edit the apropriate buttons Smiley Ask if you need more help!

The string should then match the one above for Windows Button 4

I would like to see more features in the macro \ key assignment.

for examples

1. Being able to assign mouse buttons in macros (would be handy as I currently have the keys alt space n assigned to minmize the current window, but if I could add to the front of the macro a left mouse button, then I could minimize any window with just 1 click instead of 2)
2. Being able to assign the windows key etc.
3. Being able to assign buttons as 'what you press is what you get'. When you press alt tab, for instance.

Other nice features would be having the tray icon disabling actually work instead of renaming the file hack. Having an option to enable/disable the lights (I leave my PC on overnight and the lights are kinda distracting) and have this feature mappable to a mouse button.

Can Razer dev.team make choice for Razer mouse user.
1. Full driver pack, include resident modules (tray, sens module .. etc)
2. Light version, without any memory consumption processes, user can modify main parameters - like change 5 buttoms functionality. (maybe .inf file +)

Assigning "Windows buttons" without using regedit, would be nice.

I reverted to the old 5.0.9.0 drivers since I am able to assign multiple keys using the "assign a key..." option.

This ability allows macro functionality (such as ALT LEFT) without any delays during its use.

Since I am unable to assign multiple keys in the "single key" button option in 6.02, I am forced to use the "macro" option, however, this introduces a small delay when using the macro (this can make a huge difference in games that require an instant response from key bindings).

I suggest adding an option to change the delay in the macro option in 6.02 to an adjustale value (like 0 - 1000ms or something).

Thank you,
HC
