Winxp USB Patcher has a virus?

After downloading the file i scanned it with an anti-spyware/virus program and it showed up Win32Agent...cant remember full name cause i deleted it. Just giving everyone heads up before they dl it and wondering if this is a virus or false positive?

False positive. The patcher has to trick windows because it needs to replace system files. This is 'virus-like' behaviour.
