I have both of them, but can' decide who is better and who isn't
What do u think?
I feel like the DA is much more comfortable, but the the Lachesis has a better sensor and things like liftoff are things of the past with him Smiley

What do u think ?

I don't think that this mouse competition is appropriate, because IMO the Deathadder is superior compared to the Lachesis in almost every aspect.

Just take a look into the Lachesis forum.  Grin

Better sensor ? Because it has 4000 DPI ?
Buy DeathAdder - imo better sensor, and less problems with mouse.

you must be one of the lucky few who has a Lachesis that actually works properly, because you had checked the Lachesis forums, you'd know that A LOT of people are having problems with it.

Habu (high/mid sense 7 button right handed,) or DB3G (high/mid sense 7 button ambidextrous,) or the IME 3.0 (low sense)

DeathAdder and Lachesis have way too many things wrong with both of them IMO.

DA has high lift off, only five buttons, and sensor doesn't perform as good at low sense, scrapes up mouse pads.
Lachesis has tons of problems that everyone knows about already.

I cannot really comment on the Death Adder because I'm a left-hander.  However, I reckon that the Copperhead is a strong contender for Razer's most well-rounded mouse to date.  I think that the sensor is the most responsive at high and low speeds, the shape is the most comfortable, the buttons feel better over most of their surface area because the are not fixed to the casing.  The lift-off was a little high and the side buttons were not very accessible, but they are the only negative points I found.  Many people didn't like the big rubber rails, but they felt good to me.  Sadly, it's the only Razer mouse I own that has developed a fault (excepting the egg shaped rollers of the first Boomslang Tongue) - the left button has developed a fault that cause freak double clicks.

I agree with you a little bit Hopkins.

The Cooperhead's completely inaccessible side buttons are the whole reason I hate the mouse.

If I position my hand to where my thumb can press the two side buttons for the thumb, then the mouse is so uncomfortable to hold, and is really a joke.

If you hold it so your thumb can press the side buttons, your index finger can't reach the scroll wheel, you have to scroll with your middle finger.
I don't scroll with my middle finger.

This has lead me to believe that the Copperhead has been designed for your foot.
I know a few people have tried feet gaming, and the Copperhead was their favorite mouse.

If the Copperhead had Diamondback's Sidebuttons, there's a strong possibility I'd say that the Copperhead is the best Ambidextrous mouse ever.

The original Diamondback, I didn't like, because it had a glossy surface.
The Diamondback 3G however, has everything done right.

I wish the drivers were as full featured as the DeathAdder's had been.

Haha, you made me laugh out loud then!

I found the Diamondback's side buttons annoying because I'd press them by accident!  My favourite mice for side button placement are the Boomslang and the Lachesis.  For me, the way my little finger curled into the boomslang side button was as close to perfect as possible.  The Lachesis has the best placed dual thumb button placement I've found so far.  Of, and the Rotokiller's buttons were ace too - I'd use all four of the top buttons without trouble, and I wished there was a fifth.  The side "pressure" buttons where pants, though.

I think in general it's just hard to place side buttons on ambidextrous mice.

The default side buttons for the Habu are like perfect, and so are the C&C 3 G5's, the IME 3.0's, the MX518's, the DA's, and VX Revolution.

It just seems to be easy to get side button placement right on right handed mice.
Ambi mice is tough, and everyone's completely different with how they hold an ambidextrous mouse.

I for one palm all my mice when I hold them at first, and then I go into a fingertip/claw grip when I go for precise movements.

So if a mouse sucks for either one, it's a bad mouse to me.

I like this hobby : )
